WOW!! After numerous requests from
our customers, we are adding a terrific service to our business. From
driving by once a week to be sure everything looks ok, to shopping
for the necessities you will need after getting in late (toiletries,
milk, etc), we can take the burden off your schedule and place you
in ours. Please see below for the many services available under this
contract.

- Weekly Drive-By House Check (We do not leave our vehicle)
- Includes monthly written report
- Weekly Exterior Check - includes monthly written report
- Perimeter check of your house for damage, door and window
security
- Weekly Complete Check - includes monthly written report
- Exterior and Interior
- Security of windows & doors
- Appliances - make sure refrigerator is cold, other
appliances are not leaking, etc.
- Lights - check that all lights that should be on or
on timers are on, those that should be off are - check
exterior bulbs and replace if necessary (bulbs from
owner stock)
- Pests - check for insects, rodents, etc.
- Heat - be sure if heating system is turned on that
it is working properly and temperature of home is sufficient
to prevent pipes from breaking
- Water systems - be sure that water is off, not leaking,
flows properly when turned on (to check for freezing)
- Water plants
- Pre-occupancy Check (the day of your arrival)
- Turn on exterior lights
- Check appliances for operation
- Turn water on
- Turn water heater on
- Turn heat/air conditioning on
